Presentamos NorthStandard

El 20 de febrero de 2023, North of England Protecting and Indemnity Association Limited (North) y Standard Club se fusionarán para formar un nuevo grupo jurídico único, NorthStandard.

Con esta fusión, todas las empresas del grupo NorthStandard aportarán a sus miembros aún más ventajas, gracias a su mayor escala, seguridad financiera reforzada y ampliación del servicio.

¿Qué va a cambiar?

Como consecuencia de la creación de esta nueva entidad, North se convertirá en la empresa matriz del grupo y su razón social pasará a ser NorthStandard Limited. No habrá ningún cambio en la actividad aseguradora subyacente.

Aparte de North, ninguna otra empresa del grupo NorthStandard cambiará de nombre y se seguirán prestando los mismos servicios que se venían prestando hasta ahora.

La fusión de North y Standard Club no afectará a ninguna cobertura actual.

Ningún seguro, certificado, tarjeta azul, garantía, compromiso, poder notarial y demás seguros o documentación jurídica vinculados o emitidos por entidades aseguradoras en North o Standard Club antes del 20 de febrero de 2023 se verá interrumpido según sus términos.

Para evitar cualquier duda, el cambio de nombre de The North of England Protecting and Indemnity Association Limited no afectará la validez o ejecución de los documentos emitidos con ese nombre.

NorthStandard seguirá proporcionando orientación oportuna, asistencia continua y gestión eficiente de reclamaciones.
