CIRCULATED TO ALL MEMBERS, BROKERS AND DIRECTORS

North of England has undergone a sustained period of successful development, during which the Club has become one of the strongest members of the International Group with a quality international membership.

The Board of Directors are committed to ensuring the continued development of the Club and they believe that an essential component of this is a strong and stable management team.

The Club’s Managing Director, Rodney Eccleston, will retire in September, 2009, and to ensure the successful continuation of the strong management team, the Board of Directors decided at their Meeting on Tuesday 20 May, 2008, that Alan Wilson and Paul Jennings would be appointed Joint Managing Directors following Rodney’s retirement. It was also agreed that Rodney would continue to work with the Club in a part-time marketing and advisory capacity following his retirement.

The Board are confident that the appointment of Alan and Paul will ensure that the Club’s successful development continues.
