Excitingly, we are offering a compelling opportunity to join our Technology department as a Digital Workspace Manager at our Newcastle office. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in establishing and leading the newly formed Digital Workspace team, which is set to expand across diverse global locations, including the vibrant city of Singapore. Your responsibilities, alongside your dynamic Digital Workspace team, will revolve around NorthStandard’s ever-evolving technology stack, tailored to meet user needs. A modern platform that empowers individuals to work securely from any device, in any location, and at any time. Together, we are committed to providing a secure and unified experience, facilitating global collaboration and productivity, including File sharing and content collaboration tools, Single sign-on (SSO), App and Desktop Virtualisation and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) to name a few.
What will you be doing?
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing line management to a developing team of Digital Workspace engineers and technicians
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital workspace strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Champion a user-centric approach to digital workspace design, focusing on improving the overall user experience and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards by maintaining effective policies, processes and procedures.
About you
Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Proven experience in managing digital workspaces, collaboration platforms, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a lead/management role
- At least 3 years’ experience in an EUC/Digital workspace role
Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Industry recognised management and leadership qualifications
- Microsoft Certified in M365, Power Platform, Dynamics
- Industry recognised Cyber security qualifications
