Annual General Meeting 2020

Enclosed is formal notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members to be virtually streamed and broadcast from The Vermont Hotel, Castle Garth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1RQ on Thursday 19 November 2020 at 10:00 hours.

In light of the restrictions that have been introduced as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the AGM will be held via an online platform only.

Members will be able to participate at the AGM by:

  • joining the AGM in real-time via a secure online platform and listening to the meeting as well as viewing any slide presentations provided during the meeting;
  • asking questions of the Board:
    • before the AGM by submitting them to boardsupport@nepia.com; and/or
    • during the AGM via the online platform; and
  • voting on the resolutions to be considered at the AGM either by lodging their Proxy Form before the AGM or by voting online during the AGM.

For ease of reference the following documents are enclosed:

  1. Notice of the Meeting;
  2. Form of Proxy; and
  3. Form of Authorisation for a Corporate Representative.

The statutory reports and financial statements of the Association for the year ended 20 February 2020, referred to at Item 1 of the Notice of the Meeting, can be downloaded from our website here.
