近日，国际保赔集团成为了荷兰海事研究所（Maritime Research Institute of the Netherlands, MARIN）顶层项目中的成员之一。这个项目的目的是为了研究和评估各种规模的集装箱船，尤其是超大型集装箱船在海上发生集装箱损失事故的原因。该项目已经得到了业界，学术届和政府的批准。MARIN将在适当的时候发布一份调查结果报告，包括相应的建议。可以预计，这些建议将最终引导操作和技术上的改进，从而减轻风险并查明海上集装箱损失事故的根本原因。
