Similar to our approach in 2014, the 2017 survey was a two-step process. Firstly, we invited all of our Members and brokers to complete an online questionnaire. The second step was a series of in-depth interviews with a cross-section of the membership and broker community.
We were keen to evaluate any changes in perceptions of North over the past three years and to understand further the needs of our membership.
