Submitting Invoices via Feesable - Notification of Change

In July 2011, we issued our Circular 2011/021 requesting that all service providers and correspondents submit invoices electronically through the Feesable system.

At that time, the Feesable system was widely seen as an effective way of standardising the electronic submission of invoices from correspondents and suppliers to North. However, over the last decade, the submission of electronic invoices has become standard practice, and consequently, we will end our use of the Feesable invoicing system from 1 October 2021.

From this point onwards, please submit all invoices directly to North and ensure that they are addressed to the correct company, i.e. North of England P&I DAC for our European based Members and The North of England P&I Association Limited for all other Members. If you are unsure which company to address your invoice to, please liaise with the North representative who instructed you for clarification.
