Tiejha Smyth
SolicitorTiejha qualified as a solicitor in 2004. She joined the Association's FD&D Department in November 2008 after having spent six years with Newcastle solicitors, Ward Hadaway, where she specialised in commercial litigation and dealt with High Court proceedings, including the Mercantile Court, the Court of Appeal and the Privy Council. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Tiejha spent three years working at Northern Electric Distribution Limited dealing with claims brought by other utilities for damage to their equipment.
