Stephen Mills
Director NIMLStephen joined the Association in 2007 and, together with Katherine Birchall, has overall responsibility for the FD&D Department. He has specialised in shipping and international trade since qualifying as a solicitor in 1980, was a founding partner of law firm Rayfield Mills in 1993 and is author of the Association's guides on Bills of Lading and Letters of Indemnity. Stephen is an experienced mediator.
