Richard Bracken
ManagerRichard joined North of England from Shell International Shipping in 1994. He sailed as Chief Engineer, and on a variety of ship types. He joined the Underwriting Department in 1998 and is one of the Underwriters working on both P&I and Hull and Machinery.
