Senior Executive (Claims)Karen joined the Association in September 1997 after graduating from the University of Northumbria with an LLB (Honours) law degree and a post graduate diploma in July 1997. She deals with personal injury, stowaways and general passenger and crew claims and is the North of England Representative on the International Group Personal Injury Sub-Committee.
