Senior Executive (Claims)John joined the Association in 2007 after spending four years with a local firm of solicitors specialising in long tail disease claims. Prior to that, he worked for the insurance company Aviva for seven years, specialising in personal injury claims. John is primarily handling personal injury, stowaway, general passenger and crew claims.
