Stowaway Checklist
Stowaways not only create considerable inconvenience to a crew, but also expense. As well as the cost of guarding and repatriation, if the stowaway escapes there can be fines and penalties. The checklists provide the master with guidance on preventing stowaways from boarding and the action to take if any stowaways are later found.
