North's annual residential training course in P&I insurance and loss prevention will take place from Friday 4 June to Friday 11 June 2010 near Newcastle upon Tyne, UK.

The three part course provides
- an introduction to ships and shipping, including a visit to ships at a local port (Saturday and Sunday)
- an introduction to marine insurance (Monday)
- a workshop-based in-depth look at P&I insurance and loss prevention (Tuesday to Friday).
