Associate DirectorMike joined the FD&D Department in July 1999. Prior to joining the Association, Mike was a partner with the Houston maritime law firm Eastham, Watson, Dale & Forney. He was called to the Bar of the State of Texas in 1987, and is also admitted to practice law in The District of Columbia and Maine.
