Lucy Dreyer
Senior Executive (Claims)Lucy joined the Association in 1999 and has been a member of the Claims Department since 2002. Lucy deals specifically with personal injury, stowaways, general crew and passenger claims, and also is jointly responsible for the Association's enhanced pre-employment medical schemes. In 2007 Lucy obtained an LLB (Honours) law degree from Northumbria University.
