Iain Gilchrist
Senior Executive (Claims)Iain is a qualified solicitor having joined the Association in November 2005 from Eversheds, where he handled a wide range of maritime matters including admiralty, P&I and FD&D related work. Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, Iain spent eleven years as a police officer and prior to that five years at sea as a deck officer serving on container ships, bulk carriers and oil tankers. Iain primarily handles admiralty, pollution, cargo and hull & machinery claims.
